There are many automatic testing cycles during the machining phase.
We make the majority of our dimensional tests on machines. Indeed, our machining centers are equipped with a Renishaw system and we check regularly the geometry of our manifold blocks with our ballbar.
Experienced hydraulicians inspect the hydraulic circuit in order to see that it is faithful to the customer's diagram. By request, we realize certificates of control and we have a room dedicated to metrology.
Our quality department vouches for the compliance of the checking tools that we use. Moreover, thanks to an ISO 9001 accreditation acquired in 2001, we guarantee that our products comply with the standards in effect.

Nowadays, Hydraumatec Engineering has a brand-new building of 2500 sqm. This huge volume gives us the opportunity to have a substantial machine shop. Therefore, we made the recent acquisition of new machining centers: a Variaxis 730 5X II and a Palletech HCN 6000.
Thanks to their mastery of our machining centers, our technicians are able to manufacture manifold blocks in accordance with your highest expectations and up to three tons.
Our machine shop is made of eight Mazak machining centers:
- Vertical FJV 250-12000 min-1 - 2 pallets - 40 tools
- Horizontal FH480 – 12 000 min-1 – 2 pallets – 60 tools
- Horizontal H500 – 6 000 min-1 – 6 pallets – 80 tools
- Horizontal H630 – 5 000 min-1 – 6 pallets – 80 tools
- Horizontal FH680 – 10 000 tr/min – 6 pallets – 80 tools
- Horizontal FH8800 – 10 000 tr/min – 6 pallets – 80 outils – 4 axes
- Vertical VARIAXIS 730 5X II – 10 000 tr/min – 2 pallets – 120 tools – 5 simultaneous axis
- Horizontal HCN6000 Palletech – 10 000 tr/min – 10 pallets – 200 tools – 4 axis
