Nowadays, Hydraumatec Engineering has a brand-new building of 2500 sqm. This huge volume gives us the opportunity to have a substantial machine shop. Therefore, we made the recent acquisition of new machining centers: a Variaxis 730 5X II and a Palletech HCN 6000.

Thanks to their mastery of our machining centers, our technicians are able to manufacture manifold blocks in accordance with your highest expectations and up to three tons.

Our machine shop is made of eight Mazak machining centers:

• Vertical FJV 250-12000 min-1 - 2 pallets - 40 tools

• Horizontal FH480 – 12 000 min-1 – 2 pallets – 60 tools

• Horizontal H500 – 6 000 min-1 – 6 pallets – 80 tools

• Horizontal H630 – 5 000 min-1 – 6 pallets – 80 tools

• Horizontal FH680 – 10 000 tr/min – 6 pallets – 80 tools

• Horizontal FH8800 – 10 000 tr/min – 6 pallets – 80 outils – 4 axes

• Vertical VARIAXIS 730 5X II – 10 000 tr/min – 2 pallets – 120 tools – 5 simultaneous axis
